Darren Hayden, a Scarborough veteran, has quickly grown from his rookie year into a star player. As Senior Account Director of Sales, Darren is continually paving the way for new sports companies to find value in Scarborough's service. From motor sports companies to sports marketing agencies, Darren knows his facts and figures. A graduate of Minnesota State University – Moorhead, Darren has a strong passion for Minnesota sports teams.
With a background in many types of media, Tom Reutter is truly an asset to the training team. With several years of Scarborough expertise under his belt, Tom's enthusiasm for problem solving and aiding clients is medal-worthy. Combining his experience in media and sports, Tom is the complete package for account management and customer service. While every Midwestern boy grows up with a stick and ball to play team sports, Tom found he excelled with competitive swimming.
Mike McAllister marches his way across the country as Senior Account Manager. Mike is always cool and composed and does not let any airline ground stoppage or Scarborough data question break his calmness. With a post college degree in Sports Management, Mike brings a unique perspective to look at fan information and problem solve. Mike's discipline for sports has been finely tuned from his days in the marching band at his undergraduate school Notre Dame.
Heather Hawkins explores the data on a daily basis as Client Service Specialist. She uncovers stories that are unique to each market and its fans. With years of experience in media behind her, Heather is well-versed in the sports industry and understands how Scarborough can enhance it. Not only does Heather love sports for the entertainment, she believes that sports instill character and values in players and fans. When she’s not digging through reports, Heather is watching football and basketball, volunteering, and spending time with her dog, Duncan.
Ben Jacobs is Scarborough’s Client Training Specialist and a valued member of the team. With a background in corporate sales, Ben has seen the myriad uses for Scarborough’s data and the benefits it can provide. Ben’s love of sports motivates him to make the sports industry more successful. While he appreciates all sports, Ben’s first love has been, and will always be, baseball. He was hooked since the first time he saw Nolan Ryan pitch at Tiger Stadium.
